Web Approval Portal
The Continia Web Approval Portal allows every employee to access pending approval documents on the go, without needing the Microsoft Dynamics NAV client, giving them the same opportunities to approve expenses and other documents while away from the office.
Approve from a PC, tablet or a Smartphone
The Continia Web Approval Portal is a web service seamlessly integrated into the Microsoft Dynamics NAV server. This portal enables all employees to approve expenses and documents, even without direct access to Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The only requirement is access to a web browser.
Whether an employee is at the office or on the move, they can use a PC, tablet, or smartphone to access all pending approval expenditures and documents through the Continia Web Approval Portal.
Add a variety of documents
At any time during the approval flow, users can add attachments such as images, spreadsheets, or e-mails to the invoice or the expense. The attachments added through the Web Approval Portal are immediately available to other users of Microsoft Dynamics NAV making it fast and easy to look up the attachments – even after the invoice or expense is posted in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
No installation needed
You can utilize the Continia Web Approval Portal without the need for any additional installation, as the portal operates on our Continia Online Service hosted on Microsoft Azure.
Approvals through the Web Approval Portal occur in real-time, ensuring you have a current and comprehensive overview of expenses and documents awaiting approval.
Two Continia solutions, one web portal
Consolidating multiple functions into one system, the Continia Approval Web Portal allows you to approve vendor invoices, sales orders, expenses, and mileage. With the flexibility of requiring just one license, it processes documents from both Continia Document Capture and Continia Expense Management.
When a user accesses the Continia Web Approval Portal, they can view and approve documents pending from both Continia Document Capture and Continia Expense Management.
It’s worth noting that when an approval user logs into the Continia Web Approval Portal, at a minimum, they will use a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Limited User license.
