Sustainability Solution
The new Continia Sustainability solution is built to help companies report greenhouse gas emissions, which is becoming a requirement for companies with more than 500 employees in 2025. The solution will correctly register CO2 emissions by analysing customer invoices and expense claims, within Business Central.
AI Updates
Continia Document Capture and Expense Management has received OCR AI. 85% of an invoice will be recognised (out of the box) by the AI in Document Capture. Plenty of manual work will be saved thanks to line recognition and no longer needing captions.
Expense Management now has Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) fields
Expense receipts can show km, litres, and kWh, which also helps with the new sustainability regulations.
Electronic Invoicing
Sales invoices, order confirmations, item catalogues, shipping advice, and more documents can be sent and received through Document Capture.
